If you ask for a quotation or engage us for a project, we may also receive property details, measurements, plans, photographs, access information, quotation and invoice details, correspondence, and records needed to plan or deliver the work.
When you use the website, our hosting and security systems may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access, pages requested, referring page, and security or error logs. Cookie-related data is described below.
Please do not send special-category or highly sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your request. As a general guide, enquiries that do not become projects are normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Customer, quotation, contract and project records are normally kept for up to six years after the project or customer relationship ends. Financial records are kept for the period required by law. Website and security logs are retained in line with the relevant provider’s security schedule and only for as long as reasonably necessary.
We may keep information for longer where a legal claim, warranty issue, safeguarding concern or regulatory obligation makes this necessary. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.
